I had seen a video by Natasa @TreasureBooks called Easter Egg Paper Dying last year where she uses Easter Egg dye to dye papers. I tried my hand before but I'm trying again in this video to dye pages blue for my Night Sky Acrylic Painted Junk Journal. Her papers came out beautifully vibrant. Mine turned out pale; but I still like the color. It just didn't turn out like I had expected. But you make lemonade out of lemons right?
I also got inspiration from @CathysGardenllc her video: Junk Journal Ephemera Ideas where she uses Tim Holtz die cuts and watercolor paints paper strips on her tags
So I mash those two inspirations together for this video. Thank you for watching!
