200g crushed biscuits
100g melted butter
2 egg yolks (yellow caps), 50g sugar
2 eggs (golden browns), 50g sugar
40g corn starch
20g hot milk
480ml hot dry milk (reconstituted)
Fresh strawberries (halved)
Strawberry syrup (for brushing)

⚡Instructions
1. Crust:
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter.
Press into a 23cm baking pan and refrigerate to chill.
2. Custard Filling:
Whisk egg yolks, eggs, and sugar.
Add corn starch and hot milk.
Slowly pour in 480ml hot milk, stirring constantly.
Cook on low heat until thick, then let it cool.
3. Assemble the Pie:
Pour custard onto the chilled crust.
Top with halved strawberries and brush with strawberry syrup.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
