In this video I played some modulation exercises from "Gavin Harrison: Rhythmic Illusions" drum method.
The B pattern is what people normally hear but the real pattern I am playing is the A pattern.
The metronome behind me is muted for a few seconds to give you the possibility to listen to both patterns.
This is one of the arguments of my drum teaching program "360° Drumming".
