🧀 Paneer Stuffed Moong Dal Chilla

✨ Ingredients
For Chilla Batter
• 1 cup soaked moong dal
• Small piece ginger
• 2 green chillies
• ½ tsp salt
• Water (as needed)
For Paneer Stuffing
• 3 tsp oil
• 1 tbsp grated ginger & green chillies
• ½ bowl green capsicum (chopped)
• ½ bowl red capsicum (chopped)
• 2 tbsp boiled corn
• ½ bowl spring onion (chopped)
• Salt to taste
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• 1 bowl grated paneer
👩🍳 Simple Method
1️⃣ Blend soaked moong dal with ginger, green chillies, salt & water → smooth batter
2️⃣ Heat oil, sauté ginger & chillies
3️⃣ Add capsicum, corn & spring onion → cook 1–2 min
4️⃣ Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes & paneer → mix well, turn off flame
5️⃣ Heat tawa, spread batter like dosa
6️⃣ Add paneer stuffing, fold & cook till golden
7️⃣ Serve hot with chutney ❤️
