GNCTD V LG | Supreme Court Contemplates Referring Matter to Constitutional Bench

The Presidents office has invoked its powers under article 239AA(7)(a) while passing the Government of National Captial Territory, and the court has contemplated referring the issue of services under this issue of services to to a 5 judge constitutional bench.
