S550 EcoBoost owners who want a closed element cold air intake that keeps the direct air feed Ford created with the factory setup and doesn't require a retune can check out this C&L Cold Air Intake. This intake comes with plenty of bells and whistles, making it attractive for plenty of EcoBoost owners. You'll enjoy some additional peak horsepower and torque with this cold air intake. It also generates more low end torque, which you really feel when driving around town since it allows you to get up to speed faster. The included air box taps into the cold air feed from the front end of the car, helping to feed colder air to the engine, instead of sucking in the hotter air inside the engine compartment. You can install this upgrade on any 2015 to 2017 Ford Mustang EcoBoost. Solid Construction. The intake tube is made of a roto-formed plastic, making it durable. The reusable air filter is located inside a sealed box made of ABS plastic, which has a plexiglass window so you can quickly and easily check to see when the filter needs to be cleaned. You can remove that window to access the filter whenever necessary. Simple Setup. Everything you need to install this cold air intake is included, such as clamps and couplers. You'll also need only basic hand tools like a screwdriver and sockets. As an easy job, plan on the upgrade only taking you about an hour to perform.
