1965 Peterbilt narrow nose with 318 Detroit Diesel saved from the shredder. This truck has sat for nearly 50 years and was headed for destruction but we simply couldn't allow that. There are two other trucks that we are planning to save at this location also, a narrow nose Kenworth and a cab-over Peterbilt Pace Maker. These classic vintage trucks are a sight to behold when they are fixed up and on America's roadways, where they should be. In the 1980's I restored a 1968 Peterbilt 348A and later, a 1951 Peterbilt 351. The old vintage Iron is a joy to drive and these trucks are becoming increasingly popular among the nostalgic.
