The sister of Martin Lynn, who died in an unprovoked one-punch attack three years ago, has said his family feel hugely let down by the justice system and will campaign for sentencing reform.
Sharon Lynn had asked the Director of Public Prosecutions to appeal the leniency of the sentence handed down to the perpetrator.
She was told that a decision has been taken by the DPP not to appeal.
