Описание: The quota system has been a very sensitive topic. According to my analysis, whatever the problems we are now facing, where all the systems of the country seem to be non-functional and are collapsed, it is due to the quota system, which has now completed more than 50 years. The people inducted on the basis of quota system over the years, have now reached to decision-making positions. Most of them, are not able to carry out their responsibilities due to their incompetencies.

The piece of paper, called Domicile, is more important than degrees. This is totally unjust system. The Federal Shariat Court had declared it a violation of the country's constitution in 1992. Unfortunately, this is still continuing and nobody seems to be interested to discuss on it. This is the open kill of merit.
