Описание: This is the first of many diary entries exploring my journey without a spleen after ITP.
This entry talks about my history so far, and why I feel I should make changes to my medication and lifestyle.
The second entry will discuss what effects the changes have had and whether or not i recommend them.
This is just to try and help or support people who live without a spleen and are feeling frustrated with their struggles.
