A Gentle Sunday Walk | Feeling Grounded Again
This week’s Sunday vlog is a slow, gentle walk through the park as we take some time to reconnect with nature.
With ongoing back pain and some unexpected time off work, I’ve been trying to move gently rather than push myself. We walk through the trees, spot birds and ducks by the lake, and enjoy the quiet feeling that comes from simply being outside.
We also talk a little about the history of the land, how walking here makes us feel connected to the past, and how even a simple Sunday walk can be exactly what’s needed.
Nothing rushed, nothing forced – just a calm day, fresh air, and feeling grounded again 🌿
