Описание: Welcome to the 2018 WORLD FINAL of the World Chocolate Masters. The world's 20 upcoming top pastry chefs, representing as many nations, will go head to head in a 3-day battle. Only one will win the title of World Chocolate Master.

This 'Futropolis' edition will take you in the future of chocolate gastronomy: what will patisserie, bonbon and chocolate snacks taste and look like ten years from now?

During the first round of the 2018 World Final of the World Chocolate Masters, you will see the 20 finalists at work, split in 2 groups of 10.

All 20 finalists will work on 2 assignments:
• A chocolate travel cake with exciting pairings and textures that should fit a nomadic lifestyle: the cake should be easy to take along during travels
• A chocolate showpiece made 100% in chocolate, up to 1.5 meters high and 2 meters wide. It should reflect the theme Futropolis.
