Following the demise of my local home brew shop; Leyland Home Brew (https://www.leyland-home-brew.co.uk/) I had to find a new source of Isinglass. I used to buy liquid Isinglass but that seemed difficult to source over t'interweb so I bought some dried instead. During the research I found quite a few links to people struggling to rehydrate Isinglass so I thought that I'd do a short video on how I do it.
