getting the form of your foam carving is pretty straightforward, but the finishing project can be a time consuming, stressful process. A few projects ago I tried out Rosco Foam Coat for a solid finish to my foam carvings and the stuff works great. It's made for stage props and indoor use, dries fast, sands easy, and is flame and water resistant. If you need to coats something that will get some useage, I recommend giving it a try.
