Examples of tools used
Screws (M4 x 12)

Washers (M4 size maybe Form A or B) the important thing is the washer must around the spacer but not too open so it will also fit around the screw

Spacers 1/4" (others have also found 1/8" inch spacers to give a closer fit but requires thinner washer to compensate.) Metal or nylon will work.
