Avoid this laptop at all cost!
I had trackpad replaced 2 times and it came back with the same problem both times. DELL saying it is normal. DIY fix was opening the laptop and adding strips of tape for some thickness behind the trackpad. If this is what you expect when buing a DELL, then go ahead! I have bought macbook and Lenovo since then and never looking back.
