Описание:
Bone is living, metabolically active tissue.
Healing follows distinct phases: inflammation, repair, and remodeling. Mechanical loading is essential during remodeling, allowing bone to align and strengthen along lines of stress. Hormones, nutrition, blood supply, and movement all influence this process.
With aging and estrogen decline, bone turnover slows, but it does not stop. Studies demonstrate that resistance training and impact loading improve bone density even later in life when applied intelligently.
Strong bones are built before fractures occur. Bone health is proactive, not reactive.
