Dr. Jonathan Sackner-Bernstein’s career as an academic cardiologist led to international recognition in the clinical research and regulatory communities. After serving as a consultant to the FDA's Center for Drugs and Center for Devices, Jonathan was recruited to a senior role within the Agency. As associate center director in the Center for Devices, Jonathan led the launch of both safety and innovation programs and the FDA’s Entrepreneurs-in-Residence program (the first to be co-sponsored by the White House). Jonathan recently founded a novel medical device company, SRD Med, LLC.
