14 years being vegetarian - why I decided to eat fish again

DO NOT eat buttercups, they are toxic. Unless they are brought to a very high temperature.

It was greatly important for me to share my story with vegetarianism with you. I was so scared to publish this, and if I'm being honest, I still am as I write. I'm aware of the huge controversy on the topic, I know what's at stake for our friends, the animals. But please, open your heart and consider hearing my choice.

For now, that's what my body needs. It was beyond harsh to accept reintroducing fish into my life. And I still carry some amount of doubts and confusion in my mind. But deep inside, I know this was the best decision I could reach. For both my mental and physical health.

I could have chosen to share more details about the how, the what and the why. But I needed this video to breath. To stay pure and open, instead of narrow minded.
I have no idea for how long I'll be eating fish. For now, my brain and body are still showing great improvements each day. I will just keep on asking and listening to my core, to my heart, whether I should eat this form of life or not. Readjustments may or may not come. Only MY soul knows what is right to do, for me, and for the time being.

I sincerely hope you can benefit, somehow, from watching this video. Whether you are a vegetarian or not at all, all I want is to inspire you to live a little closer to your heart.
