This video was about some of the colors of gerbils and their genetic information, requested by Gerbil Girl. Thanks for requesting! So there's the red fox, lilac, sapphire, dove, slate, black, dark eyed honey (DEH), red eyed white (REW), and pink eyed white (PEW). Of corse there's a TON more than that. Remember there's no such thing as an albino gerbil. White gerbils are either a PEW or REW. The basic genetics are A, C, E, G, P. These are the 5 main loci that are known to exist in gerbils.

Hey it's Gerbil Nerd Laugh Out Loud XD I've had gerbils since 2007 and started breeding back in October, 2013. I make videos on the correct care for your gerbils along with hauls, fun videos, cage tours, and a lot of other things! I upload every Tuesday and Friday around from June through August and every Saturday for the rest of the months. This is because I have more time to make videos during the summer, than I do in the winter (when I have school). Please comment because I love to hear from all of you and will respond.
