Описание: In this video, I walk through a simple Worst Case Scenario planning worksheet. Planning for a worst case scenario can help ease anxiety for some people - but not everyone so ignore this idea if it isn't right for you. You can use this framework however you like but I have put this information in the form of a 2 page spread layout for blank pages a DIY Planner or Bullet Journal.

As a reminder, my layouts are very functional and practical. There is no artsy, fancy stuff here because I am just not gifted in that way so I keep things simple!
