TUNA TOASTS / 170 kcal / Breakfast

INGREDIENTS
Tuna 300 g
Salt
Black pepper
Parsley ⅓ bunch
Navy beans 100 g
Onion ½
Olives 30 g
Toasts 6
Sour cream 100 g
Cucumber 1

PREPARATION
Mix together the tuna, salt, black pepper, parsley, navy beans and chopped onion with olives.
Spread the sour cream on a toast, add a layer of sliced cucumber and the tuna mix.
Bon appetit!

BEEF AND CAULIFLOWER / 360 kcal / Dinner

INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower 300 g
Sour cream 50 g
Salt
Black pepper
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Carrot 1
Salt
Black pepper
Ground beef 200 g
Corn 100 g
Green pea 100 g

BAKE
175°C / 350°F
30 minutes

PREPARATION
Mash together the pre-cooked cauliflower, sour cream, salt and black pepper.
Meanwhile, fry the onion adding garlic.
When golden, add the carrot, season with the salt and black pepper.
Put the ground beef, corn and green peas.
Place the layer of the beef mix on the baking pan and cover with a cauliflower layer.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 175°C / 350°F.
Serve with parsley on top and enjoy!

BEANS FETA SALAD / 220 kcal / Lunch

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil 2 tbsp
White wine vinegar 2 tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Mustard 1 tbsp
Salt
Black pepper
Green beans 100 g
Kidney beans 100 g
Cherry tomatoes 5
Onion 1
Almonds 30 g
Feta 100 g

PREPARATION
For the dressing mix the olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic, mustard, black pepper and salt.
Place the cooked green beans in a large bowl, add the kidney beans, chopped cherry tomatoes,
onion, halved almonds and feta, stir.
Pour the dressing and serve!

BEET MILKSHAKE / 250 kcal

INGREDIENTS
Beet ½
Banana 1
Honey 2 tbsp
Greek yogurt 100 g
Milk 200 ml

PREPARATION
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy!
