Structural materials:
CLT (ANSI/APA PRG 320, 2018 compliant)
Glued Laminated timber (ANSI A 190.1-2017 compliant)
Exposed surfaces:
100% of CLT Ceiling
100% of Left wall
100% of Right wall
100% of Glulam beam under the ceiling
Other interior surfaces were protected with 3 layers of 5/8" Type X gypsum
Fuel (typical apartment furniture): 560 MJ/m2
Opening factor (based on statistics of apartments): 0.062m^0.5
