About the Homebrew Cafe:

The Homebrew Café is a Jamaican restaurant and café, located at the southern end of Tutelo Avenue in Beechwood City, off the Broker - Dukes Expressway. It is the local front for the Yardies.

In keeping with its Jamaican influence, the flag of Jamaica is painted on the front of the café.

Little Jacob is a frequent patron of the café, as he will often ask Niko to pick him up from outside the café.

Despite being a "café", it does not offer food or drinks to replenish health, nor can it be used for drinking activities.

The Homebrew Café is present in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars but is inaccessible to the player.

About the game:

Grand Theft Auto IV (also known as GTA IV or GTA 4, released 2008) is the eleventh title in the Grand Theft Auto series. The game was developed by Rockstar North and was published and released by Rockstar Games for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions were released worldwide to widespread hype on April 29, 2008. The PC version was released on December 3, 2008.

GTA IV is heavily influenced by Russian gangster movies, and Niko Bellic's physical appereance is based on the character of Sasha, a Bulgarian sniper who works as a mercenary for the Bosnian-Serb Srpska paramilitary organization, from the movie Behind Enemy Lines.

Set within the fictional Liberty City, based on New York City, the single-player story follows Eastern European war veteran Niko Bellic and his attempts to escape his past while under pressure from loan sharks and mob bosses.
