Fried Salmon with Sour Cream and Dill dressing

Описание: Welcome to STUDENT MEALZ! How to make a delicious dressing for salmon? Well today we're going to tell you just that ;p

== INGREDIENTS ==

1 filet of salmon
4 tablespoons of sour cream
2 teaspoons of mustard
1 small teaspoon of honey
A good handful of chopped dill
Pepper
Salt
Olive oil

== RECIPE ==

1. Put the sour cream in a mixing bowl
2. Add the mustard, honey and dill
3. Mix it all up
4. Season with pepper and salt to your liking and mix it again
5. Take the salmon filet and season it both sides with pepper and salt
6. Fry it in some olive oil untill it's done, usually 2-3 minutes on one side and 1-2 minutes on the other
7. Serve the salmon with the dressing and munch munch munch!!
