Not mint, not perfect, but a nice solid set of Browning Golden Eagle Mark III's with a Glenn VFO hooked to channel 1 of the transmitter. The channel 1 crystal was taken out and a RCA type connector going to the Glen was wired in and the Glen was then setup for this radio. Other than the RCA out jack on the back and the 1 crystal out, the transmitter is stock, but with the glen will do about 50 down and 70 up but you loose most of your watts at the edges.
The receiver is the 'later' model with the HF crystal and HF labeled dial already from the factory. The HF model will do channels 1-30 in the low position normally the CB position but XTL on this radio. In the HF position the receiver will receive the higher positions on the dial about channels 30-60. I got a lower frequency crystal from Barkett's and now on CB this one receives about -30 and up to 1. Hence in all you will have -30 to +60 on the receiver. However like the transmitter, you lose a lot of the receive or sensitivity the higher and lower you go.
Last the speaker switch has been changed to a Ping switch. With the Speaker switch to the left, No Ping. Center will give you a short ping and right will give you a long. The speakers internal and external if you hook one to it would be on at all times as they are wired direct and don't go thru the switch anymore. Other than that, recapped but all stock, talks very well, receives good no hiccups, no problems.
