Welcome to Lesson 1 of Mindfulness for Anxiety Relief.
In this video, I’ll guide you through a gentle introduction to mindfulness — what it is, how it helps with anxiety, and how to start practicing it right now. I’m Cristal, a psychotherapist with a background in mindfulness-based therapy, and this series is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, calm your nervous system, and create space between you and anxious thoughts.
