In this episode we’ll be recreating the Greggs chicken bake - a puff pastry parcel filled with a rich, creamy chicken filling - all from home made ingredients with results that definitively outperform the original from Greggs.

This recipe yields 4 chicken bakes
Ingredients:
Puff pastry 400g (1)
Egg (for egg wash)
Milk 300ml
Butter 100g (2)
Chicken 400g
Celery 75g
Carrot 75g
Onion x1
Salt
Pepper
Mustard x2 teaspooon
Flour 1&1/2 heaped tablespoons
