One of the most popular chicken starter. This delicious Indo - Chinese recipe is easy to make and can be made at the comfort of your home.
Ingredients
300 gms Chicken boneless
1/ 4Tsp Salt
½ No Egg
2 Tbsp Corn flour
Oil to deep fry chicken
Sauce
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tsp Ginger, chopped
2 Tsp Garlic, chopped
4 No Green Chilli, diamond cut
40 gms Onions, diced
60 gms Bell peppers X3
1 Red chilli fresh sliced
2 Tbsp Chilli Paste
2 Tsp Oyster sauce
100 ml Chicken stock
¼ Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Broth powder
1 Tsp Dark Soy
1 Tsp Vinegar
Fried Chicken
2 Tbsp Corn flour + Water - Slurry
Garnish
20 gms Spring Onions (green)
