Using save-editor I gave myself literally 1 HP and 1 stamina point and played like that through NG+6 which is the the max difficulty in Bloodborne. I also gave myself additional restrictions like no guns, no hunter tools and only using elemental and blood damage gems in my weapons. It turned the game into literal cosmic horror. (and the dark souls trilogy 1hp 1 stamina will likely follow)
