Plym Audits: Kindness on the Streets & The New Armada Way Redevelopment

Описание: In this video, I take a walk through Plymouth City Centre to document the real side of our city. I start by meeting a lady in need of a room; we had a great chat, and I made sure she had a pasty to keep her going. It’s heartening to see that there are still plenty of kind people in Plymouth looking out for one another.

Further into the walk, I stop to listen to a local street singer who was absolutely giving it 100%—great to see the busking culture alive and well! I also caught up with another gentleman outside a shop to share a coffee and a talk about life on the street.

Later in the audit, I came across City Centre Security scanning fobs. It started a bit defensive, but once they realized I was just auditing the area, it ended with a smile and a good interaction.

I finish the video with drone footage of the massive £29m Armada Way redevelopment project, stretching from Royal Parade up to Mayflower Street. I had to cut the flight a bit short because the local seagulls started getting a bit too close for comfort, but I managed to get a good look at the progress of the building work!
