Important note: I use the metric system and make the exact conversion from cm to inches in the hope of helping. Please adapt these measurements to your ruler.

SMALL MAKEUP REMOVER PAD
Fabric measurements (100% Cotton):
1 fabric piece: 8cm x 8cm
Polar fleece or terrycloth measurements:
1 fabric piece: 8cm x 8cm
Round corners:
2.5cm diameter.

MEDIUM MAKEUP REMOVER PAD
Fabric measurements:
1 fabric piece: 11cm x 11cm
Polar fleece or terrycloth measurements:
1 fabric piece: 11cm x 11cm
Round corners:
4cm diameter.

Needle size:
90/14.

Seam Allowance:
0.7cm (sewing with right sides together).
0.1cm (edge stitching).
