Day 8 of my one-week mountain bike adventure takes me to the scenic trails of Swampy Snow Park in Bend, Oregon! 🚵♂️🌲
This ride was the perfect mix of flowing singletrack, winding forest trails, and that classic Central Oregon scenery. Starting on the Swampy Loop Trail, I connected into Sector 16, ripped through Upper Whoops and Lower Whoops, cruised along Phil's trail and Voodoo, and finished with Ticket to Ride all the way down to the Cascades Welcome Center.
The variety on this ride was unreal—smooth flow sections, technical corners, punchy climbs, JumpLine hits, and fast descents made for a trail combination that kept me smiling from start to finish.
Sally (my Fazzari La Sal Peak) was in her element, carving through the pine-covered terrain and handling every feature with ease. This was the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable stretch of MTB exploration across Central Oregon.
