Full disassembly and reassembly of a Minolta Auto Rokkor-PF 55mm f2 lens. This is the AR-C style of the lens that shipped as a kit lens with some Minolta Cameras in the 1960s. Lens is disassembled to access the optics, diaphragm, mechanical components, and body sections individually.
This lens is very similar in external appearance and internal construction to the later 55mm Minolta MC Rokkors (both the MCI and MCII versions). It is easy to take apart and repair, uses higher quality components, and has a fairly simple design.
