Welp, tell us if THIS is a story that's a little too familiar.

Our Ops manager ordered a product from Corvettemods and they subsequently sent a product that didn't fit. Of course, we provided photos of how and why it didn't fit, and instead of doing the right thing they said:

"You installed it, so NO REFUNDS".

I mean, how do you know the stripes don't fit unless you find out they don't fit when you try to install them?

We effectively ordered a size 12 shoe, they shipped us 10's in a box that said "These are Definitely a size 12", and when we tried to put them on our feet and realized they weren't the right size, they said "sorry, they touched your feet, so you have to keep them".

We tried to go through their proper channels to get a replacement/return/refund and they immediately became aggressive in their tone, abusive in their behavior, and we were ultimately left embarrassed in front of our client base, as this kind of nonsense ultimately reflects poorly upon us.

Total disclosure: our client asked for this specific stripe kit and provided us with a purchase link, otherwise we wouldn't have bought anything from them.

Listen, this is CLEARLY an ongoing issue with them and their online reviews are definitely consistent with how they're behaving, but this is beyond nuts and we're obviously not the first.

Sound familiar?

Anyway, we filed a complaint against them with our bank, since these are obviously "Not As Described" (which we just rececived the notification informing us we won the dispute), but here's where the entire thing goes bonkers:

Prior to the actual response from our bank, Corvettemods not only attempted to send both our Operations Manager AND the Business Owner to collections, but they did so for MORE than the purchase amount!

I realize this seems to be the entire foundation of how they do business, but I think it's time we talk about organizing a class action lawsuit.

Enough is enough.
