Strawberry Cheesecake | Delicious Philadelphia Snack Bars

Описание: Looking for no-bake cheesecake? This is my cheesecake recipe. Cheesecake is one of my all-time favourite desserts, they are available in so many different flavours but they all have a crumbly base and creamy topping in common. Philadelphia Snack Bars were a dessert by Philadelphia that was released in 2001. The dessert was a refrigerated snack bar with a graham cracker base and cream cheese topping. They were available in various flavours but the most famous flavour was Strawberry Cheesecake. Unfortunately, they were discontinued 2004-5, why? No one knows. They were delicious. Almost 16 years later, I have come up with a pretty darn recipe close to the original. Here is how it's done!

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
✔️2.5 cups (225g)Graham Crackers 1 sleeve
✔️3.50 oz (100g) Butter Unsalted

CHEESECAKE FILLING
✔️4.5 cups (500g) Philadelphia Cheese
✔️2 Tbsp Condensed Milk Sweet
✔️2.3 oz (65g) Sugar
✔️1 Tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh
✔️1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
✔️2.3 oz (65g) Confectionary Sugar
✔️3/4 cup Heavy Cream Cold

WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE (optional)
✔️3.5 oz (100g) White Chocolate
✔️1/4 cup Heavy Cream
