The Episodic Specificity Induction is a fairly recent tool, which helps people increase their ability to think creatively and outside-of-the-box. The tool is a brief training, which focuses your attention on the details of a recent episodic memory. By focusing on the details in this way, people are able to achieve many benefits, as outlined in the video. The second half of the video is the induction itself, using the script written by Madore, Jing & Schacter (2016).
