Описание:
To be clear, once this is performed the .Net Core runtimes will be updated in the background and nothing else has to be done.
The reason why this is so explicit is that most servers that carry the .Net runtimes do so in a large enterprise environment which will perform the update via a WSUS or scheduled downtime period.
