Here we have us up against a feca and oug, went with a neutral bwak so I had 45% neut res which did nothing vs the iop/feca in the end but did prevent Carnaage from using his r'ture on me (his main source of dommage), forcing him to go into dog mode which let the steamer fuck him good for insane erode.

Cunt uses a Crocobur so he had -10% ranged res! Although Crocobur seems nice on oug with its extra heals from proaie + erode with gangrene, the penalty is significant and isn't worth using imo.
Could go croc + rykke + fallanster's so the -10% and +10% cancel out, but would lose too much on dommage.

As a mainly terre ougi this season:
I've found rykke + fallanster's + snailmate is perfect vs 2-3 ranged chars, but replace snailmate for a res pet if your allies can't support:
eg. terre bwak if vs. elio/cra/eni (elio & cra most likely terre)

feu bwak if vs iop/cra/eni (iop and eni most likely feu)

eau bwak if vs eca/cra/eni (eca is most likely eau, cra possibly eau et rykke setups usually lack eau res)

air bwak? - if vs sac/osa/eni, the osa is most probably terre, if not, air. If your res is under 30% use the air bwak. I always go snailmate vs this comp for maximum crit on r'ture to ero the sac fast (7% to 20% neut res usually) As a terre oug your set should already have high air res so the bwak isn't needed, sure it might add 15-20% of it's 25% but vs sac + eni you need damage to ero and r'ture crit is broken with +20 crit bonus! My set has 37% air so I never have to worry about sacs.

You'll get a LOT of eni + cra + x comps so fallansters + rykkes is a great mitigator, fire bwak isn't needed for the eni as she'll be healing/ret pa for most of the fight. Erode is vital to victory so make sure your whole team applies their ebene poisons on the 40% eroded cunt and always stack ebene to state 3 on tour 1 if you can using leek pie, coins throwing etc. Once in cac, once from po.
