1 LB. ITALIAN SAUSAGE (HOT-MILD)
1 TSP. CRUSHED RED PEPPERS
1 CP. GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
2 TBSP. OLIVE OIL
1 ONION (DICED)
3 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC
3 CARROTS (DICED)
1 CP. HEAVYCREAM
2 CP. PASTA (DITILINI)
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
FRESH PARSLEY (GARNISH)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1 BROWN SAUSAGE OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT IN SKILLET COOK THROUGHLY

IN CROCKPOT INFUSE ONIONS, WITH GARLIC, CARROTS. ADD SAUSAGE, AND CHICKEN BROTH AND ALL DRY SEASONING. COOKHIGH 1 1/2 HR THEN ADD PASTA FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES

FINISH WITH PARMESAN CHEESE, AND HEAVYCREAM. BOWL UP AND GARNISH WITH FRESH PARSLEY
