Meet The Plot co-founders Jessica & Davin Waite, chef de cuisine Ryan Orlando, sous Chef Henri Ñol, and regenerative farmer and local food activist Bianca Bonilla as they share their commitment to catalyzing a culinary (r)evolution. The Plot is an entirely plant-based restaurant in Oceanside, CA that strives for zero waste operations and uses produce that is locally and regeneratively grown. The Plot Garden is located on an adjacent piece of land, and supplies the restaurant with fresh delicious veggies and plenty of inspiration.
The Plot creates delicious, playful and innovative plant food that is designed to appeal to a broad audience. All "proteins" are made from scratch in-house, including cräb from lions mane mushroom and säusage and chorizö from lentils and wild rice. The fried chickën, a house favorite, is crafted from local organic tofu and some cool kitchen magic.
