Cabernet Sauvignon 2024
Bright dark purple core and hue. Ripe aromas of darker fruit, cassis, blackberry and plum with a mild oak-derived spiciness, meaty notes, sweet cassis flavours, yet remaining dry with rounded tannin a fresh backbone, digest herbal sage and mint flavours leading to a long and meaty finish.
Sauvignon Blanc 2024
Bright straw colour with a youthful green hue. Pure and intense nose displaying some toasted and flinty notes, primary fruit with fresh lime, lemongrass, pineapple and grapefruit. The palate shows good purity and flavour intensity with a slim texture and elevated freshness, layers of zesty young fruits, good gripe and a persistent finish.
Cinsault Rosé 2025
Bright light rosé colour with a copper hue. Youthful nose displaying garrigue, citrus, crushed red berries and some peppery notes. A slim structrue with fresh and primary fruit notes, vivid and generous spices with sour red berry fruit and a zesty finish.
