Bio:
The Neil and JB band formed from the Southern Nights jam night at Ricks
Garage at Palmwoods in March 2024.
Paired together for a few songs with the house band, Neil Mac and Jeremy
Bycroft realised they and had great chemistry together.
They started working on a show soon after this, the original plan to be a duo
only.
After playing as a duo for several gigs, they decided to add drums into the
mix, and this brought John Benstead in September 2024 to expand the duo
to a trio.
As they now we had another JB in the band, it seemed natural to keep the
name as it was.
The Neil and JB band play funky blues, soul and reggae flavoured original
music.
We have a fun relaxed vibe when performing, and absolutely LOVE a bit of
on-stage banter to help bring the audience into the show.
