Gear used:
Camera: Panasonic GH4
Lens: APS-C "ZENITAR" 50 mm f/1,2 (Canon EF mount)
Adapter: Metabones Speed Booster XL 0.64x (Canon EF Lens to Micro Four Thirds)
Speed Booster XL 0.64x reduces the crop factor of the Panasonic GH4 from 2.0x to 1.28x;
With Metabones the speed of the lens is increased by 1 and 1/3 stops, so, a 50 mm f/1.2 becomes a 32 mm f/0.80.
ZENITAR is a APS-C (1,5x crop) lens.
Video was shot at 1920x1080 60p using the full MFT sensor.
All clips were shot wide open.
Moderate vignetting occurs at wide open aperture, but it can be considered as a "cinematic" effect :)
ND 64 filter was always used, a 15$ cheap one.
Overall in this test the ZENITAR 50 mm f/1,2 became a 64 mm (50x2x0,64) and f/0.80 super fast lens on GH4.
