Tips
Tire Pressure Check: Ensure your tires are at the correct PSI before starting, as uneven pressure can throw off your alignment by several inches at a distance.
The "0.5mm Gap" Rule: For C7 Corvettes, ensure a minimum 0.5mm (0.02 in) gap between the headlight lens and body panels to prevent paint chipping from vibration.
Horizontal vs. Vertical: While vertical (up/down) is most common, some C7 models or aftermarket housings may require a horizontal adjustment. Check for both adjustment points behind the headlight assembly.
