प्रभासगिरि उत्तर प्रदेश के कौशाम्बी जिले में स्थित एक जैन तीर्थ है। यह प्रयागराज से लगभग 60 किमी दूर है। यहाँ छठवें जैन तीर्थंकर भगवान पद्मप्रभु का मंदिर है जो पूरे वर्ष पर्यटकों को आकर्षित करता है। प्रभासगिरि हिन्दुओं के लिए भी एक पवित्र स्थल है। ऐसा कहा जाता है कि भगवान कृष्ण ने अंतिम दिन यहीं पर बिताये थे।

इस कस्बे में अनेक गुफाएं भी हैं। ये गुफाएं ऐतिहासिक महत्त्व रखती हैं। इन गुफाओं की दीवारों पर ब्राह्मी लिपि लिखी गई है।

प्रभागिरि के निकट ही काड़ा और मंझनपुर हैं। काड़ा में अनेक हिन्दू मंदिर हैं जिनमें शीतला माता मंदिर, छेत्रपाल मंदिर, हनुमान मंदिर और कालेश्वर मंदिर आदि शामिल हैं। शीतला माता मंदिर गंगा नदी के तट पर स्थित है और यह माता के 51 शक्तिपीठों में से सबसे बड़ा है। मंझनपुर भी एक प्रसिद्ध धार्मिक स्थल है जहाँ पर कामासिन माता का मंदिर मुख्य आकर्षण है।

प्रभासगिरि घूमने का सबसे अच्छा समय अक्टूबर से मार्च के बीच है। इस समय यहाँ का मौसम हल्का और सुहावना होता है। प्रभास गिरि के लिए हवाई, रेल और सड़क मार्ग से आसानी से पहुंचा जा सकता है।

It is the only mountain between the rivers Ganga and Yamuna at this place Lalitghat and other 31 Munis attained immolation in water. Nearby there is Koushambi, the place which witnessed Garbha and Janm Kalyanaks of Lord Padmprabhuji. Special Information: It is a very beautiful place situated on the bank of the river Yamuna. There is a rest house with all facilities at the base of mountain.
Prabhash Giri is a place where 6th Jain Tirthankar Lord Padam Prabhu had his two Kalyanaks. This is a small hill. One has to climb 200 stairs to reach a very old and famous temple. From here view of the Yamuna river is breath taking.

Prabhasgiri(Prabhosa) Prabhasgiri or Prabhosa is famous as a religious historical place on the bank of Yamuna river at the Manjhanpur Tehsil about 50km away in the north of Allahabad. It is also said that Shri Krishna died at this place by the arrow of Jaratkumar in the suspicion of deer. In the earlier days there was a big Jain temple on a very big hill. After the demolition of this another jain temple was constructed in 1824A.D.. A cave which is 9 feet long and 7 feet wide is also there. In this cave the records are found in the brahmi lipi of second century before Gupta dynasty. Till now this place is the center of faith of all the followers of the Jainism. This was the place where the sixth teerthankara of Jains Bhagwan

This holy place was known as Pabhosha in old days. It has got the opportunity of being the place for Deeksha & Kevalgyan kalyanak of Bhagwan Shri Padmaprabh. Colour of idol keeps on changing in the day time by its own.

Speciality of Jain Teerth :
Digambar sect of Jainism believes that Padmaprabh Bhagwan has attained Kevalgyan while in meditation after taking Deeksha in this garden. Such a place is beyond specification. As per another myth Shri Krishna and his elder brother Balram have visited this garden after Dwarka city was burnt. The soul of Shri Krishna went to Swarga while he was taking rest under a tree in this garden when a sharp edged bow thrown by Jaratkumar indulged in his feet. The colour of moolnayak idol keeps on changing from morning to evening. Occasionally reddish rainfall takes place and reaches to its peak on the 13th day of Kartik Shukla and Chaitri Poornima. Annual function is held on every Chaitri poornima.

As per the Digambar sect of Jainism, 6th Teerthankar Shri Padmaprabh Bhagwan attained Deeksha and Kevalgyan at this holy place. It was a garden of Kaushambi city in those days. Inscription of post BC era are found here. The idol is also make of same time and was recovered from a well as per the indications given to the priest of Kaushambi through nightmare. Once a part of the hill fell down but the idol remain un-effected.

Management Dharamshala :
Dharmashala with modern facility with the capacity of 300-400 pilgrims. Bhojanshala is not effective but the priest arrange for it on prior intimation. It has a big hall.
