Описание: Movement Cards are included in nearly all of our Dance EdVentures™️ We created them to be used during Creative Exploration and improv but another way you could use them is by marking out visual cues for your obstacle courses.

In our Weighty Rainstorm Dance EdVenture™️ we were exploring “light” and “heavy” so our cards acted as a visual reminder for our dancers as to what dynamic they were performing at each station.

🌬️ The wind station was dancer’s choice. They could choose to do a light twirl on one foot or heavy twirl on 2 feet!
