This isn’t your average stir-fry — it’s bold, spicy, and loaded with flavour 🤤
Here's the ingredients:
22og @evergreenfoods.au Soy Bean Sheet
125g @evergreenfoods.au Yang Chun Noodles
1 cup fish balls
Oil, for stir fry
1 corn or choice of veggies
1 tomatoes cut
1 packet mala dry pot sauce ready mix or Or mix (3 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns, chopped dried chilies, 2 tbsp doubanjiang (fermented spicy bean paste), 1 tbsp chili flakes, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp black vinegar and 3 cloves minced garlic)

Method
Boil the cut soybean sheet, noodles, and fishballs for 5 minutes, then drain and toss with a bit of oil to prevent sticking. In a wok, heat 1 tbsp oil, stir-fry the sauce and tomato for a few minutes (add milk if you want to tone down the spice). Transfer everything to a larger pan, add the cooked ingredients along with corn, green onions, or any vegetables you like, mix well, and it’s ready to enjoy!
