Описание: The Abandoned Ones is part of COVID Stories, the series of short documentaries funded by OSF-SA to showcase stories of life during the hard lockdown in South Africa in response to COVID-19. It tells the story of Chakwanda Mohongo, a youth leader in Platfontein, a small rural community youth leader in the Northern Cape, as he battles to keep his small, marginalised and indigenous community of the Khomani San together as try to survive the daily challenges paused by the deadly Covid-19 pandemic.
