This one is called “Lonely. Not Desperate.” — and it’s exactly what it sounds like. A real, late-night conversation about being in your 20s, feeling alone sometimes, and still refusing to lower your standards just to fill a void.

I talk about the difference between loneliness and desperation, what it looks like to sit with yourself, and why choosing yourself can feel uncomfortable… but necessary.

This is my first episode, so give me grace 🫶🏽 I was definitely reading from my notes at times (that’s why you’ll see me looking over here and there). I wanted to make sure I articulated my thoughts clearly. Over time, I know I’ll get more comfortable, more natural, and won’t have to lean on my notes as much. Growth is happening in real time.

This is a safe space for women who are becoming. Women who are healing. Women who are choosing better.
